Rybmap is a map of fishing grounds for the Czech Republic and Slovakia - ČRS, MRS and SRZ fishing grounds, fishing rules, fish sizes, protection periods, weather and catch log in one application. Whether you are planning a trip at home or looking for the nearest fishing ground right by the water, Rybmap will show you where you are allowed to fish, what the rules are and what your chances of catching fish are today.
MAP OF FISHING AREAS
- Over 3,000 areas on a map with GPS – official areas of the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, the Slovak Republic and private waters (catalog of over 3,500 areas)
- Areas on rivers and dams throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia – Vltava, Elbe, Berounka, Ohře, Sázava, Dyje, Morava and hundreds of other streams and reservoirs
- Interactive map of streams and reservoirs with boundaries of areas and protected zones
- List of areas by distance from your current location
- Filters by type of water, territorial association, type of fish and type of area (ČRS / MRS / Slovak Republic / private)
- Recommendations "Where to today" according to your favorite fish species and current conditions
AREA DETAIL
- Hunting rules clearly – what you are allowed and what you are not allowed to do in a given area
- Types of fish, rates and periods of protection according to current fishing regulations
- Photos of the area, if are available
- Parking, refreshments and fishing supplies in the area – data from OpenStreetMap, opened directly in Google Maps
- Upcoming events of the Czech Fishing Association and other organizations
- Links to stocking and catch statistics
- Navigation to the location and current weather including air pressure

WHO IS RYBMAP FOR
Rybmap is designed for everyone who fishes on in the Czech Republic, the Czech Republic and Slovakia – from beginners who are just deciding where their fishing permit is valid, to fly fishermen and carp fishermen, to families with children looking for a fishing ground for a day trip. The application helps with questions such as: where can I fish, what is the minimum size of fish, when does the fishing season start, or where is the nearest fishing ground with carp or pike.
WHY RYBMAP
We draw data from official sources – rybsvaz.cz, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and verified private fishing grounds. The application is designed specifically for Czech and Slovak fishermen – clear rules, local names of fish and fishing grounds, support for both light and dark modes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Data on the occurrence of fish and some parameters of the fishing ground come from official data and may not always correspond to the current situation on the water. The map shows fishing grounds with available GPS location; part of the catalog (especially some Slovak waters from EPOS) is still without an exact location. Always check the valid rules and fishing permit before fishing. Rybmap is an independent application and does not represent the Czech Fishing Association, the Czech Fishing Association, the Czech Fishing Association or any other official/government entity. For binding information, always visit the official websites listed above.
RYBMAP PRO
Rybmap PRO is an optional paid subscription (monthly or annual, via Google Play). It unlocks offline mode, unlimited catch log, statistics, widgets, advanced filters and other PRO features. The basic version of the application remains available for free with restrictions.
The subscription is automatically renewed until you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time in the Google Play application → Payments and subscriptions. After the trial period (if offered) ends, the subscription price will be charged.
