Functional properties:
a. Asset inventories
With the application it is possible to perform inventories of assets - finding out the physical condition of the property and its direct comparison with the registered condition kept in the FaMa + system. Bar and QR codes as well as RFID tags can be used to read the physical condition of the property using a compatible reader.
b. Initialization inventories
The functionality enables direct determination of the physical condition of the property, which is used to create the initial registered condition of the property for subsequent inventories.
c. Asset Cards
After entering the asset inventory number, or by reading a barcode or QR code, it is possible to display a list of basic information about the assets kept in the FaMa + system.
d. Areas
After entering a unique room identifier, it is possible to display a list of information about a specific area (building, floor, room) kept in the spatial passport of the FaMa + system.
e. Repetitive activities
The functionality allows you to view all regular inspections and service activities for movable and immovable property. For selected service activities, their implementation can be confirmed directly in the application.
f. Localization
If the property is marked with RFID tags, this functionality allows searching for a specific tag using a graphical or audio distance indication.
