The My Home mobile application allows tenants of Heimstaden Czech s.r.o. to easily access their rental information. It combines tenant contact details and important lease contract information. The tenant can easily change his or her contact details, register or de-register another person to/from the apartment without having to visit the actual customer office. The tenant can also report a malfunction, defect or other technical requirement from the comfort of his or her home. The application also provides an overview of payments in one place and the option to download current account statement or records sheet. In the future there will be a payment gateway that the tenant can use to pay any outstanding amounts. Thanks to this mobile application the tenant receives information not only about news and events happening in Heimstaden Czech s.r.o., but also about planned repairs, reconstructions and power shutdowns related to his or her apartment or house.
