Daikin Technical Community application (MY-DTC) has been launched by Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd to support installers, field engineers, technicians in Air conditioning industry. The MY-DTC app is only applicable to Daikin brand equipment promoted and sold in MALAYSIA.

The application covers various functions to help installers, engineers, technicians such as,

1) Online equipment registration via barcode scanning (requires camera 8 mega-pixels or better).

2) Training class registration.

3) Warranty status checking .

4) Fault codes readers.

5) Earn loyalty points for equipment registration and redeem reward.

The MY-DTC app is intended for experience installers, engineers, and technicians to support their daily operation and trouble-shooting.
