The app doesn't support any carrier besides UPS and Canada Post, every other carrier such as USPS, FedEx, Amazon, DHL etc aren't supported. As such in app tracking also doesn't work unless it's UPS and once you create a delivery you can't edit it after to add a tracking number. Their website describes these features as available but they don't fully work. It's not fully fleshed out but a work in progress. Also, the app doesn't function unless you give it complete permissions acces at all times.

The app connected fine the first time. However, after a while, the app stopped working. I tried to delete the mailbox and reinstall it. Would not delete, Error. Tried to reset the mailbox. However, that didn't work either. Try to delete the app. However, after reinstalling, it still shows the dead mailbox and it won't delete. Overall, poor experience.

the live option rarely works, and as others have pointed out this seems to only work with certain couriers, of which Amazon isn't one of them. so your only option is to go to the notifications section and see who/what was close to your mailbox. And lately i've been noticing the Unlock feature doesn't always work, even when you're standing right next to the mailbox.
