About this game

This series of dictation & letter exercises follow the reading method Safe Learning to Read from Zwijsen publishers (a widely used reading method in Belgium and the Netherlands). These 14 sets of 10 polysyllabic words each (together 140 words – 850 letters) can be made from AVI level 3. First click on the speaker and listen to the word. Then drag the letters to the correct boxes. DO NOT DRAG super fast!!! (some tablets work a bit slower due to the large amount of data). In case of error you will see the word in color with individual letters. Improve. Students of 1st grade/group 3 see here the sounds 'aa, au, ee, eu, ie, ij, oo, oe, ou, uu, ui' as separate letters!!! After each series of 10 words, the readers can solve a puzzle of 12 pieces as a reward.
