You cannot even start the game because you don't give enough money to buy the first thing you need. There's not enough money to unlock the locker after they see the judge and the very beginning

Sorry to hear that you experienced this problem. We solved the issue by lowering the price and pushed an update, it should go live tomorrow. Meanwhile the way to progress in the game is to go back to the first room where you started, pick up new criminals and bring them to the judge to earn more money that way and progress. The first thing is to get 500 to build the court then I have to get 15k to open the jail but it only let me get 12k so i be stuck
