Updating my review : using the app for more than 6 months and it has really helped me improve in so many ways. I enjoy this app and it's definitely one of the best free mood tracking apps . It has lots of content to choose from and now has a way to also interact and encourage others as well which is cool. I did however notice and would like to suggest to the devs : would be cool to do like a search back in the day of your journal reads so that you can compare your progress.

The app is really good, but I'm giving it 4 stars because I can't customize it as I want, especially the "Start Your Day" and "End Your Day" sections. There is no option to place a new habit in a different section to create; it always stays in the "Start Your Day" section. Additionally, I cannot properly delete preset items like "Savor," which is part of the morning routine. I want to create separate items of SAVOR like "Silence," "Affirmation," etc. I hope I see these updates soon.

I'm not the one to usually write a review but this app is really good and easy to use. The guided meditations, activities and kindness corner where you can share your worry with others or they can share theirs with you. There was a lot of thought that went into this and I appreciate the developers for making such a good app.
