Updating my review : using the app for more than 6 months and it has really helped me improve in so many ways. I enjoy this app and it's definitely one of the best free mood tracking apps . It has lots of content to choose from and now has a way to also interact and encourage others as well which is cool. I did however notice and would like to suggest to the devs : would be cool to do like a search back in the day of your journal reads so that you can compare your progress.

I installed this app after my heartbreaking breakup in the last year (just sharing a memory). Now, I use it everyday and find a piece of myself through this busy life. This app is totally helpful. Moreover, it's updating day by day very nicely. I'm now aware of my productivity, do various kind of guided meditations, write a few words of journal, see my task result every week. And there are more! Highly recommended to everyone. πŸ’–

This is the best self-care/personal development app I've found so far. So easy to use and lovely! I feel alive after completing those small tasks daily. The small sessions of meditations fill me with spiritual positivity. An awesome winding down schedule is there on the app with bedtime stories, deep breathing, reflecting, and meditation sessions. This app is like a breath of fresh air. So beautiful and calming. I am in love πŸ’ž
