I used to like this app more. However, two major issues make me reluctant to use the app very often any more unless it's absolutely necessary. First, the English version of the app only puts certain parts of the app in English, leaving a confusing amount of stuff still in Chinese. Second, there is apparently no central dispatch system for taxis here, so I have frequently had no response for 30 to 60 minutes of trying, even on sunny days at non rush hour times. This has gotten worse recently.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered a cab, and the displayed fare is TWD1500. However, when the driver arrived, she claimed the destination was too far and insisted on renegotiating the price. I ended up paying TWD 2500 for a 41km trip. The lack of transparency and reliability is unacceptable, especially for an app that is supposed to simplify transportation.
