This application is made for a limited circle, nothing special. Therefore, if it is not concerned, without reducing respect it is not recommended to install it. This application is stored in the Playstore for easy installation. This application was made among others for:
- Displays the activation code, which is a unique code stored in each device. Unique code via this device is considered more secure, compared to code in the form of a file.
- Scan the QR code that appears on the application (desktop/computer) of the Population Data Administration at the Neighborhood Level, so that the desktop application can be used.

The desktop application can be run if the activation code formed in this android application has been registered and approved by the DDA RT.

Aplikasi ini untuk kalangan terbatas (tidak ada yang istimewa), oleh karena itu bagi yang tidak berkepentingan tidak disarankan untuk memasangnya.

Aplikasi ini berfungsi di antaranya sebagai:
1) Penampil kode aktivasi, yang diperlukan untuk registrasi aplikasi (komputer-desktop) administrasi warga tingkat Rukun Tetangga (RT) yang diperoleh secara khusus;
2) Pemindai (scanner) kode QR, sebagai pembuka aplikasi komputer desktop tersebut di atas, oleh karena itu diperlukan izin penggunaan kamera.
