With the alx.® app, hearing aids become truly tangible for the first time.

The app complements the alx.® system and allows users to directly experience realistic listening situations and the sound differences between various hearing aids. Instead of abstract consultations, users hear for themselves how different technology levels and price ranges affect their everyday lives.

At its core is a simple principle: understanding through experience.

The app plays specially developed sound samples that simulate typical everyday situations – from conversations in quiet environments to complex listening situations with background noise. This makes differences immediately audible and understandable.

The result: greater transparency, better decisions, and a significantly more immersive consultation experience.

alx.® stands for "augmented listening experience" and combines technology, emotion, and design into a new approach to hearing consultation. Complex acoustics are translated into an intuitive and understandable experience – completely free of technical jargon.

The application is flexible and supports in-store consultations by actively engaging customers and allowing them to experience hearing aids firsthand, rather than just talking about them.
