Very pleasantly surprised. Dead battery. No call needed. The request for assistance was sent via the app. A 2-hour window was given, and in 20 minutes help arrived on a busy afternoon at the end of work. Luck perhaps, but the mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Impressive!

ADAC has been a life saver, and the app makes it so convenient to get assistance. Most times, I do not have a problem getting an English speaking agent when I need to call. the app updates you about the status of your breakdown request, and the agent on the phone can see the status as well. I have always had a pleasant experience with the servicing tow company. Some of the garages ADAC partners with have bad customer service, but that's not something ADAC can fully control.

Had to use ADAC twice since being a member and am very satisfied with their services. This App takes away so much stress. Instead of calling on the phone and getting through, a few simple steps on this App and the service and notifications keep rolling in. You know where your assistant is, when he will arrive and then you receive a phone call from him before arrival. So convenient! Just curious to know how this works in other countries like Switzerland, France, Italy.
