The ADAC Pannenhilfe App offers you quick and intuitive help with reporting accidents or breakdowns to the ADAC worldwide. It is easy to use and always ready for use.

To save time in an emergency, you can create your profile and your vehicles in advance in the app and/or have your data synchronized by registering (login) on adac.de.

Thanks to the location function, the ADAC Pannenhilfe App automatically determines the location of your breakdown. In an emergency, all important information can be transmitted to our helpers quickly and easily. Once you have requested help, you will be kept up to date on the current order status via push and status messages. You will also be informed of the expected waiting time and you will have the opportunity to track the driver's location live shortly before arrival.

The ADAC Pannenhilfe App is available to all users free of charge - including non-members. However, the assistance provided by ADAC roadside assistance is only free for members within the scope of the membership conditions.

Had to use ADAC twice since being a member and am very satisfied with their services. This App takes away so much stress. Instead of calling on the phone and getting through, a few simple steps on this App and the service and notifications keep rolling in. You know where your assistant is, when he will arrive and then you receive a phone call from him before arrival. So convenient! Just curious to know how this works in other countries like Switzerland, France, Italy.

Very pleasantly surprised. Dead battery. No call needed. The request for assistance was sent via the app. A 2-hour window was given, and in 20 minutes help arrived on a busy afternoon at the end of work. Luck perhaps, but the mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Impressive!

It doesn't work on Samsung A71 with Android 11 . After wasting many hours to register , I emailed the local branch explaining them the problem and they sent a link to try and register but I had the same problem again ! Once all from the app required details are given in , the feedback from the app says " all on board details complete " and at the bottom of the appears a button with done ✓ symbol . When clicked on this button , it goes Data use agreement but there is no agree button to click !
