If you want, you can store your vehicles and personal data in the user profile before a breakdown and save even more valuable minutes in the event of a breakdown. In the event of a breakdown, we will inform you regularly about your order status and the expected waiting time. The voice recognition German / English takes place automatically.

Very pleasantly surprised. Dead battery. No call needed. The request for assistance was sent via the app. A 2-hour window was given, and in 20 minutes help arrived on a busy afternoon at the end of work. Luck perhaps, but the mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Impressive!
