AGFEO Dashboard App v2 is the comprehensive cockpit software and can be used in conjunction with all modern AGFEO PBX systems (cloud, virtual, software).

PUSH support
For certain new events (e.g., new VoIP call; missed call on the assigned endpoint of the communication system; new chat message, etc.), a push notification is sent to your mobile phone, provided this is enabled in the settings.

REMOTE ACCESS
Use the AGFEO Remote Service. Gain secure access to the communication system remotely, even without a VPN or router port forwarding (ES/HV only).
INITIAL SETUP
On HyperFonie Cloud:
Use the setup wizard in the app v2. Log in using your verified user email address and the user's individually set password (oAuth).
For ES or HyperVoice (on-premise):
For initial configuration, the mobile phone and AGFEO PBX system must be on the same network segment (Wi-Fi) and establish a connection to the communication system [new account]. "Remote access" can be activated afterward.
KNOWN ISSUES:
Currently, calls cannot be transferred.
REQUIREMENTS: The app requires a communication system with firmware version 4.1d or higher and a valid AGFEO Dashboard license or access to an AGFEO HyperFonie cloud PBX (HyperFonie flat rate; app usage at no additional cost). To use the video conferencing function, a video server service configured and accessible within the AGFEO PBX system is required.
