AGFEO Dashboard - The mobile extension for controlling, switching and monitoring functions in your AGFEO communication system!
For this app you need an AGFEO communication system with a firmware version 2.2 or higher and a valid AGFEO Dashboard license!
The app not only provides you with the following functionalities locally, but also via secure access when you are on the move:
- CONNECTION LIST
Don't miss a call! Simply be informed about a missed call at your office workplace with a push message on your smartphone. In addition, you can display the detailed connection list including assigned contacts of your AGFEO system and start a callback from the connection list via the GSM network. If pictures are assigned to your contacts, you will also see these. Even door calls are displayed with a picture in the connection list if you have integrated an IP camera in your system.
- REPUTATION PROFILES
5 minute break necessary? Access your user's predefined call profiles and switch between them as needed.
- DIVERSIONS
Already stuck in traffic on the way to work!? Switch on or off the configured diversions in your telecommunications system with ease.
- VOICE BOX
Missed an important call? Messages on your voice box set up and active in the telecommunications system are displayed and can be listened to.
- FAX BOX
Messages received on your active fax box in the telecommunications system will be communicated to you and you can display them.
- MULTIFUNCTIONS
Decided not to go to the office after a customer appointment!? Activate pre-defined multifunctions while on the move, which can be used to combine and execute a large number of different functions, e.g. activating the central voice box and switching various lighting elements from the SmartHome area.
- CONTACTS
What was the phone number again? Access the centrally managed contact database in your communication system at any time.
- CALENDAR
When was the product meeting? Access the current schedule in your telecommunications system. Be it private or general entries, you will see the appointments that have been assigned to you in the cross-system appointment database.
- REMOTE ACCESS
Of course, the functions described can not only be used locally on site, via your WLAN access to your network, but also conveniently on the go. And all this without VPN access that is difficult to set up and additional router releases!
The app uses the Firebase tool to collect anonymous user data in real time. We also use Firebase Crashlytics to analyze system crashes in order to improve the stability of our app. This analysis program uses the IP addresses of the users for analysis purposes. These are anonymous and therefore no conclusions can be drawn about a specific person. Firebase is a Google subsidiary and is based in San Francisco (CA), USA.
