I received the link to register by an agent . However, could not complete because the contract number is not valid. Apparently it doesn't recognise the change in the number because it's too early. It is really disappointing to find out after completing all the other steps that the needed information from Allianz is not in the system yet. Please improve this and send information for registration once everything from Allianz is in place to avoid that customers waste their time. Thank you

I hardly can login! Nearly always stating that login is temporary not available. I am trying to activate my identity, every time it says un less than 24 hours it will be verified and i will be notified, but neither happen, although how much i do it.

The app is working fine. However, I have a question: why the app and the website do not allow to register with a mobile phone which is not German? If you live nearby the border, the foreign operators tend to have much better coverage. Surely, with communications going mainly through the Internet, the reason is not that this would be too expensive !?!
