Every farmer who has ever calibrated a seed drill is familiar with the associated running back and forth between the seed drill and the tractor cab. The dosing device must be opened and the calibration bag placed. Calibration must then be started from the tractor cab. Then the calibrated amount is weighed and the position between the tractor and the seed drill is changed again.
More flexibility with the mySeeder app
The mySeeder app from AMAZONE makes work easier and more flexibility for the user when calibrating AMAZONE seed drills. The driver must log in using the mySeeder app installed on the mobile phone and connect to his seed drill via Bluetooth. To do this, the seed drill must have the AMAZONE Bluetooth adapter. The operation is then transferred to the app in the ISOBUS terminal. The driver can now calibrate with the installed mySeeder app using any smartphone. The key figures such as seed quantity, calibration area and driving speed can be viewed and controlled directly via the smartphone with the mySeeder app. Then the calibration bag or the calibration trough can be placed and the machine can be calibrated using the smartphone.
The mySeeder app is another gain in convenience when calibrating ISOBUS-controlled AMAZONE seed drills. The easy app operation on the mobile phone is designed to be intuitive and can therefore be understood from the very first use. Even with machines with several feeders, such as a Cirrus-CC including GreenDrill, the driver can go from feeder to feeder during calibration with his smartphone and calibrate them. The Cirrus-CC with its 3 feeders and GreenDrill can also be calibrated very comfortably
The AMAZONE Cirrus seed drill combination, the AD-P, Primera DMC and Green Drill 501 seed drills can be calibrated using the mySeeder app (Android 7 or higher). In the course of the next development, the Centaya, Cataya seed drills, the Precea precision seed drill and the Avant seed drill combination will follow.
