About this app

Turn your Android phone into a wireless Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad for any device that accepts a real keyboard — your PC, Mac, smart TV, console, Raspberry Pi, or tablet.

AndroHID broadcasts as a standard Bluetooth keyboard + mouse, so the device on the other end doesn't need any app, driver, or special setup. If it can pair with a normal Bluetooth keyboard, it works with AndroHID.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

KEYBOARD FEATURES
• Full QWERTY via your phone's normal keyboard — auto-correct off, every keystroke goes through cleanly
• Modifier keys: Ctrl, Shift, Alt, GUI (Win / Cmd / Super)
• Function row: tap Fn then a number for F1–F12
• Special keys: Esc, Tab, Caps Lock, Delete, and full arrow cluster
• Modifiers latch for one keystroke, just like sticky-keys — tap Ctrl, then C, send Ctrl+C

TRACKPAD MODE
In portrait the trackpad sits above the keyboard at all times. In landscape, tap
"Touch for trackpad" and the lower half of the screen becomes a precision
pointer surface:

• 1-finger drag — move the cursor
• 1-finger tap — left click
• 2-finger tap — right click
• 2-finger drag — vertical scroll (natural-scroll direction)
• Long-press and drag — drag with the left button held (text selection, window moves, file drags)

Tuned for low latency: unbuffered touch dispatch and 16-bit pointer reports, so the cursor tracks your finger immediately rather than after a frame of input lag.

PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS
• Bluetooth permission only — used to advertise as a HID device and send keystrokes
• No internet permission for app logic. Nothing you type is recorded, stored, or uploaded
• No account, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs in the input path
• Works completely offline once paired

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 10 (API 29) or newer
• A device with Bluetooth LE peripheral support (most phones from 2019 onward)
• The receiving device must support standard Bluetooth HID — virtually every modern PC, Mac, Linux box, smart TV, and console does
