Receiver is an internet radio with alarm function providing access to more than 40,000 radio stations and more than 25,000 podcasts. Wake up to your favourite radio station or choose a conventional alarm clock sound.
The sleep timer lets you easily fall asleep and the radio alarm let´s you wake up with your favorite radio station.

Works fast,looks good,no ads...a lot of stations.The settings is on a language I don't understand,it would be nice to be able to pick the language for that section. Some of the options I was able to figure it out even I could understand that language. What is different on High Quality section,it has like 55 stations,are those on a higher bit rate of quality or is call that way because of the content,it doesn't show the bit rate anywhere... but has a few of my favorite artist, exclusive stations.

Good on iOS, absolute rubbish on Android... Android version for some reason has some of its menu in German!? No option to change it but the biggest issue is that it constantly buffer every 5-10 seconds it making it impossible to listen to anything! Tried buffering settings and all that but no change. Shame...

was looking for a simple radio app to stream fm radio stations to replace the 'open radio' app which got unusable due to intrusive ads. tried 'simple radio' (same story: annoying ads), bought 'tune radio' (missing basic essential features), and finally ended up with 'receiver'. great app, does what it is supposed to do with good search function, and the option to manually add streams. still some quirks and inconsistencies in the ui (e.g. settings are partially in German, wrong flags,...)
