About this app

astendo Event is an app for customers of astendo GmbH who use the astendo eventManager. With the eventManager, astendo has been successfully supporting many customers for the entire handling of events - from planning to online participant management to on-site accreditation. The eventApp now offers participants and guests mobile access to event information and completes the event service of our customers. It is available for both iOS and Android.

In detail, the app offers the following functions for the participants of events:
- Mobile availability of important information (name, date, logo, location) about the events and an event overview
- Contents are configurable by the organizer in the eventManager, so he can determine which contents of the website are displayed in the app.
- Ticket with booking number, name and QR code for the participants
- Notifications by organizers, such as changes of location and cancellations
- Live chat between promoters and attendees makes exchanges to and after events possible and allows messages to be entered quickly
- Self-Check-In: Participants can check in to the event themselves and shorten their on-site waiting time
