Using the service requires the Audi connect plug and play app as well as an Audi DataPlug, which can be obtained from your Audi partner and connected easily with your vehicle.

Ratings and reviews

I have rather bad experience. On Android 12 (S10+) application works almost fine. One thing seems to be broken - when you enter trip details, app hangs and has to be killed so this feature is unusable. I reported it through app but nothing changed since then. It's much worse on Android 14 (S24 Ultra) - app cannot be started at all. On the first welcome screen there is a button "Let's go". Then loading appears for a few moments and ends with "There is a network or communication error. Try again".

App doesn't get beyond 'Lets go'. It reports a communication error and says to try later. Well, I've tried over several days with the same result. "There is a network or communication error. Please try again later." My conclusion is the app and/or whatever it's wanting to connect to are terminally broken.

It's ok WHEN it works, but for the past week their has been an error message stating " Network or communication error " Why is this app so unstable!? It constantly crashes or doesn't record journeys correctly. With the amount of money this company makes, you would hope they would invest a bit more into the development of this app.
