With the AXA pTAN app for your investment portfolio, you choose a simple and secure TAN procedure on your smartphone or tablet. You receive the TANs required for transactions directly on your Android device via the app.

FUNCTIONS AND USES
- With the AXA pTAN app for your investment portfolio, you can receive TANs (transaction authentication numbers) on your smartphone or tablet, which you need for transactions in your online banking portal.
- Usable for all transactions requiring a TAN: buying funds, selling funds, exchanging funds, changing address and/or account details, and much more.
APP INSTALLATION
- Download the app for free on your smartphone or tablet.
- You can now activate the AXA pTAN app using the activation code provided in your AXA pTAN letter.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Please do not deny the AXA pTAN app any of the requested permissions, as these are necessary for the app to function correctly.
- To use the "fingerprint" biometric authentication, you need Android 13.0 or higher.
App permissions: Push notification allow.
