It is unreal how many problems and bugs I have been facing with this app. I changed my bank to bbbank 2 months ago and since then I have experienced at least 3 instances when I just couldn't log in due to technical programs or the merger (which took more than a week for me to get fixed) or God knows what. It is absolutely unacceptable for a banking app to have such downtimes and bugs, where you can't do anything to operate with your finances for a prolonged amount of time!

I'm very dissatisfied with the bank, as well as with the app, AND with the card. The bank itself has a terrible service. After having tried to get an appointment with a rep (FSR my account is not the right one 🙄) I was ignored, & never got a call. Got tired of it & abandoned. The app is TERRIBLE. Overly complicated & in German only. And the debit card can be used only in Germany. Bank has now replied... In German 🙄

The best Banking App, to the point, not overloaded, very useful. I've tried 4 other banks, and one of them I quit exactly because of the banking app. The changed from their own banking App to one called T3D, awful, to much advertising not too useful. I talked about other ones, because of them I like BBB's even more
