• View and submit meter readings: You can view your most recently submitted meter reading or submit a new reading using image recognition, voice input, or manual entry.

• Payments: You can view your payments and adjust them depending on your service location.

• Bills: You can filter your bills by date or bill type and download them as PDFs.

• Contracts: Keep track of your contracts and switch them quickly and easily, if switching options are available.

• Consumption: Compare your consumption data using the graphical or detailed view.

• Customer data: View and manage your personal data with just a few clicks and link it to other customer accounts.

• News section: Stay informed about current topics and promotions from Energieversorgung Beckum.

• Inbox: Register as an online customer to receive personalized messages, such as contract confirmations, in your personal inbox. Thanks to the filter options, you can easily keep track of your messages.

• Push notifications: If you agree, evb2go will send you push notifications, such as reminders about upcoming meter readings or power outage alerts.

If you are already an evb customer portal user, you can simply log in to the app with the same credentials. New users can register directly through the app.
