About this app

The ServiceApp Berlin provides convenient, mobile access to information on services and locations from all areas of Berlin's administration.
Find out around the clock how and where you can, for example, apply for an identity card or how to register a business. Services from all areas of administration are available.
Find different locations with contact information and services offered. You can use the location function on your cell phone to see the locations near you.
Once you have found a desired service and the responsible location, you can save this selection. With the built-in checklist you can keep track of which documents are still required for your selected services.
It is also possible to access online appointment booking from the ServiceApp. The appointment resources are allocated directly by the respective authority and, like all content, are obtained from the ServicePortal (service.berlin.de).
