About this app

BF Manager is the complete digital solution for companies providing escort vehicles and heavy transport services. From order acceptance and route planning to the signed consignment note and invoicing – everything in one place, in the office and on the road.

Note: BF Manager is a business application. Access credentials are provided by your company; individual registration is not possible.

--- FOR DISPATCHERS ---
• Record orders and assign them to drivers
• Clear planning board with all of the day's routes
• Customer and vehicle management
• Automatic order numbers
• Marketplace for outsourcing orders to partner companies

- FOR DRIVERS ---

• All assigned routes directly on your mobile phone
• Digital consignment note: Easily record times, mileage, license plate number, and route
• Signature directly on the display – by both driver and customer
• Pre-departure check and documents always readily available
• Works even with poor reception (offline support)

- BILLING ---
• Convert consignment notes into invoices with a single click
• Mileage and flat-rate billing, also for multi-day trips
• Integration with common accounting solutions

- FLEET (optional) ---
With the optional Fleet function, dispatchers can see the live location of escort vehicles on a map. Location data is transmitted via the company mobile phone and continues to run in the background during the trip, ensuring dispatch always knows the driver's current location. A persistent notification informs the driver as long as tracking is active. This feature is activated for each company.

── AI ORDER ENTRY (optional) ── Simply photograph order documents or upload them as PDFs – the AI recognizes the relevant fields and generates the order. This saves time during data entry. Multiple orders on a single document are also recognized.
