The BGN roster app helps entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the hotel and catering trade with up to 50 employees to create health-friendly rosters.
Working time law aspects are taken into account (e.g. breaks, duration of working day, partial services), which are stipulated primarily by the Working Hours Act, but also by collective agreement or by company agreements through the Youth Work Protection Act and the Maternity Protection Act (legal security). Collective agreements etc. can be adjusted.
The users receive information on health-friendly working time arrangements and are informed about violations of relevant regulations; alternatives are shown if necessary.
