About this app

BildProof turns a move-in or move-out walkthrough into a sealed record that still holds up months later, when nobody agrees on what the place looked like. Scanning is free; you pay only when you send the report.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Walk each room with the camera. The guided sweep captures walls, floor and ceiling, and shows you how much of each room you have actually covered.
2. Add findings where they matter. Note meter readings and keys.
3. Seal and send. Both sides receive the same record, in the same moment.
THE WHOLE PLACE, NOT A FEW CORNERS
Most disputes are about something nobody photographed. A sweep records the room as a whole, hundreds of frames in a couple of minutes, and the report states, room by room, how much of the surfaces were covered. You can see what you have before you hand back the keys.
SEALED, AND CHECKABLE BY ANYONE
When you send, the record is fingerprinted (SHA-256) and given a qualified electronic timestamp from an EU trust service. That proves the report existed in exactly this form no later than the moment it was stamped. Any later change to the report or to the photos breaks the seal and is detectable.
Every report carries a check code. Anyone holding it (the other party, an adviser, a court) can enter that code at bildproof.de/verify and see the result for themselves. Free, and without an account. Individual photos carry their own code, so a single image can be checked on its own.
MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT, SIDE BY SIDE
A move-out report can be built from the move-in it belongs to. Each room is shown against how it was recorded on the way in, and the report says plainly what is new, what is unchanged, and what has been put right.
BOTH POSITIONS, NO VERDICT
Where the two sides disagree about a finding, the record holds both accounts. BildProof does not decide who is right about damage or ordinary wear. It records what was there and leaves the argument to the people having it, with the same evidence in front of both of them.

WHAT IT COSTS
• Scanning is free: every room, as often as you like, no account needed.
• You pay when you send the sealed report: €9.99 for one handover, or €14.99 for move-in and move-out together, chosen at move-in. All photos, stored for 3 years. No subscription.
The price is always shown in the app before you pay.
PRIVACY
No tracking and no advertising. Usage statistics can be switched off in the app. Your photos and reports are yours, and the report stays yours whether or not the other party signs anything.
