BlechPilot – Document Vehicle Damage Completely in Minutes

BlechPilot guides you step-by-step through the professional photo documentation of vehicle damage. Developed in collaboration with the automotive expert office TAUBER, the app is designed for the demanding environment of a workshop: large buttons, clear instructions, and a workflow that ensures no shot is missed. This creates a complete, expert-ready damage report in just a few minutes – completely paperless.

WHY BLECHPILOT?

Every detail counts when documenting damage. If a photo of the license plate, VIN, or mileage is missing, it can delay claims processing – or cost you real money. BlechPilot ensures that all necessary photos are present, sharp, and correctly assigned before the process is submitted.

GUIDED PHOTO WORKFLOW

The app guides you through all the necessary shots – with clear instructions for each image:

• Vehicle registration document
• Vehicle from the front left and front right
• Vehicle from the rear left and rear right
• License plate number
• Tire details (size and brand)
• Vehicle identification number (VIN)
• Mileage

For each task, you receive brief instructions on how to take the photo – for example, "without reflections" for the vehicle registration document or "with the ignition on" for the speedometer. You can add additional detailed photos of the damaged area at any time.
