With AchsBoxPro the lane and the lintel (not in the demo) can be measured on nearly every vehicle. The app allows the expert and hobby-driven screwdriver interested in an axle measurement * in your own garage.
In the motor sports sector, the time- and space-consuming installation and alignment of sensitive measuring technology and their transport are eliminated.
The front axle can be adjusted to any desired track setpoint by using the integrated setting aid. From the vehicle-specific data and the actual lane, this calculates the required setting revolutions of each individual tie rod (not in the demo). This allows a speedy approach to the track setpoint and guaranteed by the inclusion of the driving angle a straight standing steering wheel when driving straight ahead.
Required devices and measuring equipment:

- 1 cross-line laser self-leveling
- 1 mini tripod adjustable (height approx wheel center)
- 3 folding rules ("rulers")
- 1 depth caliper digital (optional)
* Circumference wheel alignment:
With this app, the lane and the lintel (not in the demo) can be found on the front and rear axles. A rim impact compensation is possible.
The following chassis data can be determined and logged with AchsBoxPro:
Front:
- Single and total lane based on the geometric axis
- fall straight when driving (not in the demo)
- fall difference li. to re. (not in the demo)
- caster, spread, track gauge angle (not in the demo)
Rear axle:
- Single and total lane based on the vehicle longitudinal median plane
- Driving angle
- fall (not in the demo)
- fall difference li. to re. (not in the demo)
In addition:
- Gauge difference at outer rim edges
- Front axle single and total track based on the vehicle longitudinal center plane
- Wheelbase left and right
- Ride level
- Rim strike / measurement error
- Specification for tie rod adjustment (not in the demo)
Functionality:
The distances between the laser and the rim flanges are measured and entered. The wheel positions (track and camber) are calculated from these measured values and other vehicle-specific data. An exact alignment of the laser is not necessary thanks to the internal correction calculations.
AchsBoxPro target group:
The app was developed for the hobby and motorsport area and may only be used by screwdrivers with appropriate knowledge in chassis technology and wheel alignment.
