About this app

QPilotX is the app for organizing your practice. Scheduling, quality management, equipment, training, hygiene, meetings, and practice knowledge all come together in one place, on your smartphone and tablet, for the whole team.

TODAY
The home screen shows what's on the agenda today: open tasks, deadlines for the next 14 days, your shift, your activity on the task board, and quick access to the most important modules.

QAIX – YOUR AI ASSISTANT
A photo of the nameplate, a note about a vacation request, a question about hygiene: You submit it to QAIX, the assistant recognizes the task and suggests what needs to be done. You review the suggestion and accept it with a tap. Employees submit tasks, and the practice management makes the final decision.

MEETINGS
Record team meetings; the AI ​​creates minutes and to-do suggestions. Decisions are automatically added to the practice knowledge base.

PRACTICE KNOWLEDGE
Capture procedures, contact persons, and practice-specific information via voice memos. The AI ​​asks what's missing. The handover interview ensures everyone knows what's going on before someone leaves.

SCHEDULE AND TASKS
Weekly schedule with shifts, wish lists, and fixed working hours as a series. The task board shows who is responsible for which task today. You can keep track of vacation and overtime in the statistics.

EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE
