About this app

Dirrigent digitizes water meter readings for irrigation and water associations. Meter readings are captured via camera, automatically recognized, and securely transmitted to the association – even without mobile network coverage, directly at the well.

CAPTURE METER READINGS VIA PHOTOGRAPH
Simply photograph the water meter: The app automatically recognizes the meter reading directly on the device. The recognized value is displayed, can be checked, and corrected if necessary. The photo is saved as proof of the reading.

WORKS EVEN WITHOUT RECORD
Wells and meter pits are often located where there is no network coverage. Dirrigent works completely offline: Readings are stored locally and automatically transmitted as soon as a connection is re-established.

UNIQUE ASSIGNMENT VIA QR CODE AND GPS
Each reading point is uniquely identifiable via a QR code – simply scan it, and the reading is assigned to the correct meter. GPS coordinates are automatically recorded.

WATER DIARY AND WITHDRAWALS
Farmers digitally document their water withdrawals and assign them to fields and crops. Plausibility checks help identify input errors early on. This creates a complete digital water diary for documentation requirements with authorities.

All data is transmitted encrypted and is only visible to your association and authorized users. Photos and readings are used exclusively for documenting meter readings.
