Verify mobile number: For security reasons, we verify your account by phone number.
Personal information: In order for us to be able to add your contracts to your account, we need personal information from you.
Signature: CLARK becomes your insurance broker. For this we need your digital signature.
Enter contracts: Select existing contracts, photograph them with your mobile phone and upload them.

Ratings and reviews

This was a good company to get insurance brokers who really helped you. After using this service since 2020 it has really gotten bad. I have spent days waiting for them to respond to me. I actually had better luck reaching out to insurance companies myself if I needed anything. I Truly don't know what is their purpose anymore. I don't recommend this service to anyone anymore, it's a shame.

The advisor is nice and friendly when signing the contracts, but then you’re left alone with whatever horrible customer service line the insurances offer. Please beware of the choices they give you. These are not the best for you, but the ones that pay the best commission to Clark. Your advisor is personal friends with them, and in the end, is there to protect their interest above yours. This is not a digital service. Nothing is managed by app, but via phone calls to advisor.

The app is asking for private data + permission for controlling insurance policies. This is okay for what the app is doing. My problem is that they don't provide any mechanism to protect the data. Why do you not implement 2 factor authentication with Yubikeys or other devices? My phone + username + password is just not enough security for this much data.
