Livi is the app for everyone who wants to discover, experience, and help shape Dresden.

Information, tips, and news from across Dresden help you navigate everyday life and stay informed about what is happening in your city. Whether it's sustainability, culture, education, civic participation, neighbourhood life, or social engagement, Livi highlights local opportunities, events, and initiatives and invites you to get involved.

Get inspired and motivated by public challenges. You can also create your own challenges for friends, family, school classes, clubs, or teams and work towards shared goals together. Learn, discover, and make a difference as a group – it's more fun and brings people together.

In the magazine, you'll regularly find new stories, background articles, and tips for living well in Dresden. The quiz section lets you test your knowledge and learn new things about your city and a wide range of social and environmental topics in a playful way.
The event calendar brings together events related to sustainability, culture, education, civic participation, and community life, helping you stay up to date with activities, meetups, and local events.

Your dashboard gives you an overview of your activities, including your favourite articles, challenges, and trophies. In your profile, you can manage personal settings, connections, and saved content.

Livi is continuously evolving. In the future, the app will be expanded to include Dresden's thematic city map, allowing you to discover interesting places, local services, and initiatives directly from your smartphone.

The platform is supported by a broad network of associations, initiatives, educational institutions, businesses, public administration, and volunteers. Together, they showcase what makes Dresden a great place to live.

Livi is non-profit, free of charge, ad-free, and privacy-friendly. The open-source app operates without tracking, algorithmic feeds, or AI technologies.
