About this app

With cobra Mobile CRM, you can access live customer, project and sales information from your current cobra CRM software with your smartphone or tablet.
You can view and edit records from the central cobra database while on the move. This simplifies preparation for the customer appointment, accelerates communication with the head office and increases time and flexibility in everyday life.

• Address data, contact history, keywords, additional data, diaries and sales projects. All relevant information from cobra CRM is available for mobile use
• Privacy-ready functionality
• Freely definable search masks, also for additional data and free tables (only with cobra CRM PRO or cobra CRM BI)
• Display of hierarchies and address links
• Information and visit reports, e.g. for repair or maintenance work, are registered on site and exchanged directly with the back office and the control center
• Direct appointment recording with link to the respective data record
• Signatures or pictures are recorded on the device and saved to the record
• Full integration with the cobra authorization system
• Start navigation to the current address
• Installation on "TomTom Bridge" and "TomTom Pro" devices and compatible with "TomTom" card material

With this app, we provide you with a connection to our online demo database, which gives you a quick overview of the possibilities of the app, regardless of a cobra basic installation in the company.

compatibility

This app "cobra CRM 2018" is compatible with the cobra versions 2013 R3 (16.3) through 2018 R3 (19.3). For cobra versions from 2019 R1 (20.1) on the App Store is our newly developed app "cobra CRM" available.
The full functionality of the app requires cobra CRM and the cobra Mobile CRM server component Version 2018 Release 3 (19.3). The app is backward compatible with more limited functionality up to version 2013 Release 3 (16.3).
