Please note: the app's menus and buttons are in German. German and English dictionaries are included, so you can play with words in either language.
WordsApp is a classic word board game for everyone who enjoys finding the best move from seven letter tiles. Build words on a 15x15 board, make clever use of bonus squares and compete against the computer, friends or other players online.
BUILD WORDS AND SCORE POINTS
Drag letter tiles from your rack onto the board and connect them to words already in play. Double and triple letter and word squares make the right position just as important as the word itself. Play all seven tiles in one turn to earn 50 bonus points.
The preview instantly shows which words your move creates and how many points it scores. If a move is not allowed, the game tells you what needs to be changed.

The computer opponent uses the Appel-Jacobson move-generation algorithm, allowing it to find strong moves quickly even at the highest difficulty.
ONLINE AT YOUR OWN PACE
Sign in with Play Games once to start playing online. Matchmaking finds someone who wants to play in the same language, or you can challenge a friend directly.
Games proceed one turn at a time, with up to one week for each move. A notification lets you know when it is your move, even while the app is closed. Moves made without a connection are saved and sent when you are back online. Your games stay in sync across devices using the same account.
FIND YOUR FRIENDS
Every player receives a handle in the format Name#1234. Use it to find friends directly and challenge them to a game. Friend requests are confirmed by both players, and your friends list shows who is currently online.
