Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. The shares currency exchange in your portfolio are always mixed up (e.g. compares USD to EUR) giving the wrong profit/loss. Dividends shown in the App are 80% wrong. No real UI to speak of. Very basic and even that they couldn't get right. Tragic that this is the best App such a large bank can produce for its customers.

Unreliable. Often does not find ISINs/WKNs that are clearly valid. Gets stuck frequently, i.e. no update to prices/depot status/order book. Touch interface can lead to errors, e.g. a stop order can get changed to a best execution order if one happens to miss the rather small "OK" button when entering the stop and instead taps on blank space (because this makes the app go back to the default setting, best execution). Not a good tool for time-critical activities.

UI is unfriendly and complicated. The very 1st trade resulted in an error "Aktion ist gespert" with no further details. Phone support is helpless i.e. cannot explain the reason of the error but gives stupid tips like reinstall your app or try to use website👎. I gave them 1 week to clarify the error - nothing happened👎. Finally, it turned out that the instruments i was interested in (TQQQ, TMF, URTY, JNUG, etc) are not available to private traders. No info about this in advance. Avoid!
