Worst app I've ever encountered. Constant issues with service, absolutely terrible customer service, and hours wasted attempting to resolve issues. I finally gave up after I was lied to repeatedly by multiple customer service reps, stating the issue would be resolved, only to eventually (after hours of back and forth over a week) be told that they would essentially be stealing the 20 euro on my account and be unable to resolve the issue and activate the number. Truly disgusting company.

Even as someone with only a toddler's understanding of German, I find this app easy enough to use. I recently made some changes to my family's phone plan in the app, it went smoothly without issue.

I am a very big fan of congstars offers, the app and the support chat. The app is easy to understand and navigate and in the support chat they always replied to me very fast, very polite and very helpful!
