Extremely inefficient, slow, and outdated. This app wastes so much time just for simple banking tasks. I truly regret using this app!👎🏼"I have three other Creditcards, and none of them are as terrible as this one!!!!!!

I m customer more than 10 Years and last years very bad experience because they block me the card always when i used in Asian country . i contact always customer service to give me a new card. i have at home collection of blocked cards from Consors Finanz . always when call customers service they are interested to make you a credit or different insurance. they not care for your problems -last year my card was blocked 6´7 months.. reopened and now they blocked again without any reason.no recomrnd

The app is useless! It has so many mistakes that is simply unbelievable. I got a push-up notification that I have a message, but when I click on it, I can not open the app, and if I open it, there is nothing there. Also, if you want to change your monthly payment, you can not do it because, say, it has some mistake, and you must do it from your PC. About the bank, it is a story for itself, I changed the payment day from 01. to 15. in a month, and they charged me 15€ for that. Absolutely joke!
