It's unthinkable in 2024 that there is no way to reset the password safely online without the need to request a new one that comes in your post after few days! and for a fee!

I used it to finance my monitor. But you need the app to continue. But the app is terrible. I accidentally took click&cash and it doesn't allow me to close my loan. I pay high interest as it doesn't allow me to. Also referance bank is not usable for resetting password so if you forgot, you need to request a letter mail which cost you again! There is no customer support or anything. Totally not recommended
