* Take care of the basic data
All important information about equipment such as technical and commercial data is maintained at a central location and important images, documents and certificates are stored. This information is always available and ready to hand when you need it.
Various categories and types make it easier to create new assets quickly and allow for simple searches and filters. All equipment can be called up directly by scanning a unique barcode.

* Transfer and ownership
Equipment is assigned to an owner or a warehouse. Optionally, these can also be assigned to vehicles or projects and construction sites. In this way, it is always possible to trace where an item of equipment is located and who is responsible for it.
Regardless of whether it is for the past via a history or for the future via reservations, it is possible to trace who had which equipment, when, for how long, and who will need it in the future.
Handovers, returns or the storage of equipment is documented in the simplest way by scanning QR codes, the optional storage of geo-coordinates and the storage of images.

* Tests, defects and repairs
By storing test intervals, you will be reminded at an early stage and warned if test dates are exceeded.
Thanks to the documentation of tests carried out, all documentation for third parties is up-to-date and immediately available.
