In the simplest mode it is possible to fill out predefined reports (maintenance reports, service assignments, director reports, ..) and send them by email. If the contract module is connected, information from the systems can be displayed in the forms and thus provide the fitter with useful information. e.g. where is the system, contact information to the caretaker, where is the key to be picked up, ...
If the planning module is connected, the service employee can also see his tasks here and edit them accordingly. The status of the process is then immediately visible in the office as soon as there is an internet connection.
