The Housing Benefit App offers residents of Hamburg the opportunity to submit housing benefit applications digitally, efficiently, and securely. Currently, the app is exclusively for individuals and households receiving or applying for housing benefit, who identify themselves using their BundID (Federal ID number). For technical reasons, caregivers and those receiving care are currently excluded from using the app. Please refer to the instructions within the app for further information.
