DayOff is the app to train soft skills daily and digitally - in a team! This is how we make your team healthier, more committed and more productive.
Why should you join?
Continuous learning in teams is becoming more and more important due to digital transformation and the shortage of skilled workers. The world in which we work is constantly changing. The digital transformation and the shortage of skilled workers also affect us and our teams. Result: We have to learn to develop further – every day. Old models of learning are therefore no longer sufficient to meet this need. Continuous learning formats directly in the work context are becoming increasingly central. At the same time, the topic of motivation to learn is becoming more and more important: because we can only master these challenges in the long term if learning is fun.
At DayOff you can vote as a team which of our 20 competence modules you want to choose next to further your training in the soft skills area. This gives you as a team the opportunity to learn together and independently. Each competency module is divided into several learning objectives, from which you can choose a daily 2-3 minute impulse with which you can train the selected competency directly in your everyday work.
The team area gives participants the opportunity to discuss certain questions and problems, share the current mood in the team and take part in votes. This way the team grows together and creates space for social learning.

What is different at DayOff?
DayOff gives you the opportunity to learn in a challenge format and discover your individual learning path. You receive short learning impulses every day - called actions - and implement them directly in your everyday work. In this way, we support you in incorporating new skills directly into your work routine - for us this is called “Learning by E-Doing”.
When you learn with DayOff, there is variety because you can decide for yourself in which order you complete the challenge.
Challenge accepted?
With every action you complete, you collect points and climb the hero board. Can you make it to the top 3? Together with your learning team, you can win team events and even compete against other teams or locations from your company.
Our gamification elements ensure that you don't lose the fun of learning and stay motivated in the long term. Collect achievements, get a streak by participating daily and get started!
