With the "My Debeka" app, you, as a Debeka member or customer, gain transparent access to your contracts and personal data. The app provides you with a digital mailbox where you'll find a constantly growing number of contract documents and correspondence – all clearly displayed and accessible at any time. You can easily download, save, or print your documents. You'll be notified of new arrivals in your mailbox via email.

Furthermore, you have direct access to the contact details of your personal Debeka advisor. This allows you to quickly get in touch with any questions or concerns. The app bundles all the online services relevant to managing your contracts: For example, you can report claims online, change personal information such as your address, email address, or phone number, and send messages to Debeka.

Login is secure and convenient: You use your registered email address and password, and two-factor authentication provides additional protection for your data. Several options are available for registration and identification, such as identification via TAN letter or online AutoIdent.

"My Debeka" is a free service that simplifies the management of your insurance policies and building society savings contracts. You can keep track of your contracts and contacts and handle many matters directly online. The app is available to all private customers aged 18 and over who are policyholders of a Debeka contract.
