About this app

FourTimes is the digital time tracking solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Clock in, clock out, and take breaks directly on your smartphone, view your shift schedule, and keep track of overtime and project hours, wherever you work.

The four modules:

Internal Time Tracking
The digital time clock for your team: Clock in, clock out, and take breaks with automatic break rules, overtime tracking, and real-time attendance overview.

External Time Tracking
Book billable hours to clients and services, with pricing and revenue analysis. The foundation for accurate invoicing.

Absence Planner
Vacation, sick leave, and working from home in the team calendar, with remaining vacation days and role-based approvals.

Shift Planner
Weekly schedules at the touch of a button: FourTimes takes into account preferred shifts, absences, and minimum staffing levels, including swap requests.

Data protection and security

FourTimes is developed in Germany and is designed to meet GDPR requirements: role and team permissions, audit trail of time changes, and TLS-encrypted transmission. You can delete your account directly in the app at any time.

Requirements

To use the app, you need a FourTimes account from your company. The license is agreed upon between the company and TechnikDoc GmbH for each organization. Employees log in using the access credentials they received from their organization.
