About this app

Agent Manager Remote is the companion app for the Agent Manager software on your Mac. While your AI agents are working there, you can keep track of everything from your phone—and intervene when necessary.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Today: What's on the agenda today, who's waiting for a response, and what's new from the customer.

• Inbox: Read and respond to agent messages. Grant or deny approvals and permissions—directly from the message.

• Projects: All projects with their status and agents. Create new projects—with templates, AI providers, and models.

• Agent Chat: Talk to any agent, read their conversations while they work, and share files and photos. AI providers, models, and permissions can be selected for each agent.

• Communication: All ongoing conversations at a glance.

• Dashboard: Customers, cases, appointments, and inbox—when the Dashboard module is active on your Mac.

• System: Setup status, background services, version, and display (light, dark, automatic).

HOW THE APP GETS ON YOUR COMPUTER

You'll receive an invitation from the Agent Manager on your Mac as a QR code or link. This connects the app to that specific computer. That's all it takes: no address, no network setup, no account.

When you're on the go, the connection is routed through the manufacturer's intermediary—end-to-end encrypted. The intermediary only forwards sealed envelopes and cannot open them. On your local network, the app communicates directly with your Mac.

SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

• Your data stays on your Mac. The manufacturer does not operate any service that stores it.

• End-to-end encryption using standard system protocols (X25519, ChaCha20-Poly1305).

• No tracking, no advertising, no analytics services.

REQUIREMENTS

This app is a companion app for businesses. It requires the Agent Manager software on a Mac within your company; access is granted via an invitation from this installation. Without an invitation, the app displays a demo mode with sample data. Android 13 or later required.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For agencies and companies whose teams use AI agents with Agent Manager and want to keep track of them on the go. The software is licensed exclusively to businesses.
