The form allows you to easily create the rental agreement. There are various predefined options available for many paragraphs, which enable legally secure individualization. The contract and print view is always visible when filling out and the result can be seen at all times. Important information and tips on the current legal situation are permanently available. The entire contract will be adapted to changes in the law and according to current case law.
The contract can be displayed for review at any time using the “Contract View” function. The processing status of the individual paragraphs and the entire contract can be seen using traffic light colors.
