Targeted apartment handover app (smart-WÜP) enables the environmentally friendly paperless process electronically.

Ideal for property owners, property managers, real estate agents
as well as housing associations. The app is for easy and efficient
Digital recording of moving in, moving out and intermediate inspection.

With the digital apartment handover app you are able to be mobile
your apartment handover on site with your tablet or smartphone
to change tenants.

The systems use the same user account and also the same licenses. A web app and an Android app are available for both systems, which can be used at the same time.

There is parallel pre- and post-processing at the PC workstation at all times
possible.

Predefined selection options such as rooms including equipment features, objects and defects ensure a quick, precise and smooth handover of the apartment. The functionality of the app also includes the recording of keys (handover of keys) and counters (meter readings).

The log is created as a PDF and archived in your database. From there, each log can be printed out as desired or sent by email. The documents in the archive can be used as a basis for new protocols or rental contracts. Depending on the type of log selected (moving in, moving out, intermediate inspection and soon acceptance log), different basic configurations and import procedures are used.
