One app for all accounts: The 1822direkt banking app gives you a clear overview of your accounts and custody accounts. You can keep an eye on your account balance and transactions and do all your banking transactions quickly and conveniently.

Securities trading made easy: The banking app gives you digital access to your securities account at any time - securities trading and price inquiries from anywhere.

Transfers easier than ever: Would you like to save yourself typing in long IBAN and TAN numbers?

One app for everything: You can add all accounts to the 1822direkt banking app, including those from other banks. This ensures an optimal overview – of all your finances.

Alerting function: You will always be informed by push message as soon as there are account transactions.

Mobile ATM search: Do you often travel to a foreign city and don't want to spend a long time looking for a suitable ATM? Use your smartphone and let the app easily navigate you to your destination! In the future you will also find supermarkets in your area with free cash service.

Your electronic signature: Electronic confirmation is required for the secure online execution of banking orders. Our 1822TAN+ process is a good choice for this. The 1822TAN+ procedure is based on the principle of push messages. If an online transaction is waiting for your approval, you will receive a push message on your smartphone via the 1822TAN+ app. You then release the order directly in the 1822TAN+ app.

System requirements: We generally only recommend using devices for which the manufacturer still provides security updates for the operating system.

Note on "Root": The app is not offered for devices with root access / manipulation software. From our point of view, the use of rooted devices represents a security risk that we want to exclude for your security in financial transactions.

2010 called and wants its security rules back. Seriously, quietly crashing due to root, and disabling system keyboards? What are you guys smoking? I've had to change my very secure password to a simpler one, because I CAN'T PASTE IT FROM MY PASSWORD MANAGER. And the in-app keyboard is the worst of the worst I've ever used. You don't want technically interested customers, do you?

Ok, at least the bug has fixed, n I can logon to my account with it again. The app is only in German, very inconvenient for a foreigner to use. It does basics, so ok. Why on earth I can't do screen shot n due to security reason? My account, I should be the one make decision I want screen shots or not!

Apparently it's impossible to access your account online or via app or by any other way possible. Wait I take that back, there is a way. Jump in your car and drive to the ATM whenever you're I need of balancing your account! And from reading the other reviews, there seems to be an automated response with the same response for each negative review.
