With the 1822TAN+ procedure you can release your online transactions directly via the app.

How does the 1822TAN+ process work?
If an online transaction is waiting for approval, you will receive a push message on your smartphone via the 1822TAN+ app. You can then confirm or cancel the order in the 1822TAN+ app.

✔ Carrying out transactions on a device (in combination with the 1822direkt banking app)

How is the 1822TAN+ procedure activated?
Activate the 1822TAN+ procedure free of charge in your customer portal under the menu item "Settings > TAN > Manage TAN procedure". Follow the descriptions in the customer portal and in your 1822TAN+ app to complete the activation.

The following permissions are required on your device:
- Access to the camera to scan a QR code when activating the 1822TAN+ procedure
- Permission for the 1822TAN+ app to send you push messages to your smartphone

System requirements: We generally only recommend using devices for which the manufacturer still provides security updates for the operating system.

Note on "Root": The app is not offered for devices with root access / manipulation software. From our point of view, the use of rooted devices represents a security risk that we want to exclude for your security in financial transactions.

I have successfully made a few transactions in the past. Yesterday also, I successfully made one überweisung. But when I tried making 2 more, but I did not receive confirmation request for either of these last two transactions for a long time. Upon repetitively closing, opening and logging in to the app, I finally received ONE TAN notification... which I accepted, but the transaction never showed up as successful. I am not sure if I should do überweisung once again or just wait... :-/

You need to give your password in this application whenever you use the web version for almost any little thing and this happens constantly, not once per session. Tried to activate biometric password, then my password started to be shown in the request to the server. Finally got it confirmed, tried to switch to this password and got my TAN generation blocked out of nowhere. Then, my phone got blacklisted. Probably I need to get another PIN per post, because this is German banking service level.

Unreliable. tried a couple of times to get a push notification without success. turned off wifi and it didnt take 5 seconds to get the push notification. if there was something telling me about this problem, it would have saved me frustration and time
