About this app

DocuFleet is the mobile app for DocuFleet, the cloud-based fleet management system—for all fleet roles: drivers, managers, administrators, and observers. The app automatically detects your role upon login and displays exactly what matters on the road.

FOR DRIVERS

My Vehicle—Keep track of your assigned vehicle: report mileage, view upcoming inspections (MOT/TÜV), check insurance information, and document pre-departure checks.

Pool Vehicles—Find and book available pool vehicles, reserve time slots, and be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

Vehicle Handovers—Digitally record, sign, and countersign vehicle handovers and returns, including a PDF report.

Damage and Receipts—Report damage with photos and a damage sketch; photograph fuel, charging, and expense receipts; automatic receipt recognition pre-fills the amount, date, and expense type.

Fines—View and respond to traffic violations forwarded to you.

FOR FLEET MANAGEMENT

Fleet — all vehicles with search, status, and daily overview (due appointments, overdue tasks, outstanding damages); each vehicle with detailed appointments, tasks, damages, costs, logs, and timeline — and directly adjustable status ("under repair") and driver.

Approvals — approve pool car requests, hand over and collect vehicles, confirm driver's license visual checks, countersign logs, with counters directly in the tab bar.

On-site recording — create mileage readings, damages, receipts, incidents, appointments, and tasks (with assigned responsibility) directly on the vehicle.

Team — members with driver's license status and direct contact via phone or email.

Appointments and tasks — for all roles, with reminders as push notifications.

Secure — login via company account, role-based permissions enforced down to the database level, optional app lock via Face ID or fingerprint. Data is transmitted encrypted and stored in the EU.

Note: This app is intended for employees of companies that use DocuFleet. Login is via the account provided by your company—registration within the app itself is not possible. What’s new

Erste Version von DocuFleet für unterwegs. Fahrer:innen melden Kilometerstände, Schäden mit Foto und Tankbelege, buchen Poolfahrzeuge und unterschreiben Übergaben direkt am Fahrzeug. Fuhrparkverwaltung und Management sehen die ganze Flotte, geben Poolwagen frei, bestätigen Führerscheinkontrollen und erfassen vor Ort. Mit Push-Erinnerungen, optionaler App-Sperre und dem zuletzt geladenen Stand auch ohne Empfang.
